This full-time position offers a remote work setting designed to promote work-life balance while ensuring comprehensive care delivery. Therapists will primarily work between Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using a range of evidence-based practices to formulate tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to effectively address clients' needs.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, coordinated care, participating actively in case consultations and peer review meetings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.
