Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments during initial client appointments to understand their mental health history and current challenges, laying the groundwork for effective treatment planning.
• Create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' goals, applying a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities tailored to individual needs.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing structured interventions and therapeutic activities that empower clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to care, integrating medication management and additional support services as needed.
• Educate clients’ families about mental health concerns and available resources, actively involving them in the therapy process to foster a supportive home environment.
• Maintain precise and confidential records that comply with state, federal, and ethical guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of care and client safety.

Qualifications

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a Doctoral degree in Psychology (PsyD) is essential to qualify for this role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and effectively collaborate with colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a telehealth environment, demonstrating comfort with virtual therapy tools and digital communication.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other contemporary approaches.
• Previous experience working with diverse populations and in various settings can enhance your effectiveness in addressing clients’ unique challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
