Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct Individual and Group Therapy Sessions: Lead therapy sessions that focus on addressing various mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Perform Comprehensive Assessments: Evaluate clients' mental and emotional health through detailed assessments to inform treatment planning.

• Create Personalized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement customized treatment strategies that consider clients' specific challenges and recovery goals.

• Provide Crisis Intervention Services: Offer immediate support and intervention for clients in crisis, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate and Resource Clients and Families: Equip clients and their families with essential information and resources that empower them in their mental health journey.

• Maintain Client Records: Document all interactions and maintain thorough, accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
