Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including detailed histories and specific assessments to determine individualized treatment plans.
• Engage with patients and their families by explaining evaluation findings and actively involving them in setting realistic and achievable goals.
• Implement treatment protocols based on patient assessments, adjusting techniques as needed in response to patient progress and the evolving healthcare landscape.
• Consult with healthcare professionals when necessary, documenting and recognizing changes in patients' conditions to modify treatment plans effectively.
• Manage discharge planning processes and provide follow-up care instructions, ensuring clear and comprehensive documentation of each patient's journey through care.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills, maintain punctuality in meeting schedules, and engage in marketing initiatives that promote access to our services.
• Contribute to departmental goals and uphold compliance with regulatory standards to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
• Champion a patient-centered approach by promoting a positive customer experience that emphasizes flexibility and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
