Deliver high-quality, individualized therapy by thoroughly assessing and managing the therapeutic care process for a designated group of patients, in close collaboration with the healthcare team.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to formulate and implement tailored care plans that focus on goal achievement, patient engagement, and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Administer and oversee the majority of the patient's physical therapy interventions, ensuring they receive support throughout their recovery journey.

Evaluate therapeutic interventions according to established legal and ethical standards, maintaining strict adherence to professional codes of conduct.

Participate actively in the development of a comprehensive plan of care by assessing and evaluating each patient's rehabilitative and functional status.

Provide skilled therapeutic care in the patient's home as needed, applying evidence-based procedures and techniques aligned with the physician's directives.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques, exercises, and the use of therapeutic appliances or prosthetic devices for effective independent practice post-therapy.

As a Physical Therapist at Western Physical Therapy, you will cater to a wide demographic including both adults and pediatric patients recovering from diverse musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Active license in Physical Therapy, ensuring adherence to state regulations and standards.

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, reflecting a commitment to advanced education in the field.
