Locomotion Restore Physical Therapist Services is a leading provider of orthopedic outpatient physical therapy located in Leesburg, Virginia. Our state-of-the-art facility spans 5,000 square feet and is designed to support advanced sports medicine treatments and rehabilitation protocols. With a focus on patient-centered care, our team strives to enhance the health and mobility of every client we serve. We place a strong emphasis on innovative treatment strategies and fostering a collaborative environment for both therapists and patients.

You will work in an onsite outpatient office that prioritizes a positive and encouraging atmosphere where physical therapists can thrive. Our facility is equipped with modern equipment and resources to facilitate effective rehabilitation solutions. You will collaborate closely with a team of three dedicated professionals, including another physical therapist and a physical therapist assistant (PTA), all committed to delivering high-quality patient care. The routine schedule is from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life commitment.

Maintain a manageable patient load of one patient per hour, allowing you to provide focused therapeutic care.

Utilize a diverse range of treatment techniques to formulate personalized care plans that enhance patient mobility.

Implement cost-effective physical therapy interventions that aim to improve movement capabilities and reduce pain.

Encourage patients to minimize dependence on medications through the exploration of non-surgical alternatives.

Document all services and treatments provided, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Participate in interdisciplinary collaborations with other healthcare providers to deliver holistic patient care.

Locomotion Restore primarily serves a diverse patient population with private medical insurance, focusing on individuals with orthopedic conditions requiring rehabilitation. You will engage with a variety of cases, from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management, allowing you to apply your specialized skills in a meaningful way. The emphasis is on fostering long-term relationships with patients and empowering them to take control of their health.

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, free of any board actions or disciplinary records.

Proficient in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design, exhibiting strong analytical and clinical reasoning skills.

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, to streamline documentation and patient management.

A minimum of two years of experience in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy is preferred, allowing you to bring established skills to the practice.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, enhancing collaborative patient care.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
