Rehabilitation Physical Therapist (Full Time)

Position Overview Body Holistics Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in the heart of Rochester, New York. This role is based in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, where you will encounter a warm and collaborative atmosphere. The center operates onsite, creating an engaging workplace that promotes teamwork among skilled therapists and healthcare professionals. Our standard working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, ensuring a manageable patient load that allows for focused attention and quality care.
Utilize expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, engaging in hands-on therapy as well as non-invasive treatment techniques.
Develop and adapt comprehensive care plans incorporating various therapeutic approaches, including manual therapy and tailored exercise programs.
Motivate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions using EMR software, particularly WebPT, to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Possession of a current and active Physical Therapist license in New York State, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
Demonstrated mastery of various manual therapy techniques and a proven track record in developing effective exercise programs.
Knowledgeable of the latest evidence-based physical therapy practices and techniques, continually pursuing professional development and education.
Previous experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, particularly with a focus on orthopedic cases.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
