Our physical therapy facility in Dulles, Virginia, features state-of-the-art equipment and a welcoming atmosphere designed for optimal patient care. As a full-time orthopedic physical therapist, you will work onsite in our rehabilitation center, which is structured to facilitate effective treatment and foster relationships with each patient. Evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients referred by physicians, ensuring all interventions align with the physician's plan of care.

Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities based on a thorough assessment of the patient's condition.

Document patient progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.

Deliver care within established productivity metrics while maintaining a focus on quality and patient satisfaction.

Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers, helping to instill confidence and independence in recovery.

Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes, attending regular case reviews and team meetings.

Foster an environment of exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns promptly and effectively.

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. You will also have the opportunity to engage with a diverse clientele, including pediatric and sports medicine patients. Our focus on rehabilitation extends to understanding the unique challenges faced by each patient, allowing you to develop tailored strategies that promote functional recovery and enhance quality of life.

A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.

A current and valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Virginia.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in computer and word processing programs.

While new graduates are encouraged to apply, candidates with prior experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies, and strong clinical reasoning skills will be highly regarded.
