Conduct thorough patient evaluations, which include reviewing medical histories and performing standardized assessments to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.

A valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida is necessary for practice.

At least 2 years of previous clinical experience in a physical therapy role is essential, ensuring that candidates possess a solid understanding of best practices and patient care protocols.

While prior experience in home health care is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Swift Health Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
