This role is primarily onsite, focusing on home care for patients in Bakersfield. Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation needs, developing personalized treatment plans accordingly.

Implement treatment programs that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and education on injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Regularly monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and alignment with the physician's recommendations.

Demonstrate exceptional customer service, building rapport with patients and contributing positively to the clinic's overall patient satisfaction scores.

As a Physical Therapist at Optimal Recovery, you will work with a diverse clientele, including patients needing orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, pediatric therapy, and neurological rehabilitation. Your role is pivotal in facilitating recovery and enhancing the quality of life for these individuals, establishing a supportive and motivating environment.

A graduate of a physical therapy program accredited by the APTA or CAPTE.

Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.

A valid Physical Therapy license issued by the state of California.

Proficient in utilizing word processing and healthcare software to manage patient records and documentation.

Previous experience in home health care settings or outpatient physical therapy practice.

Experience treating a variety of patient populations, particularly in orthopedics, pediatrics, and neurology.
