Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Mental Health Counselor, your essential duties will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients presenting with challenges such as low self-esteem, anxiety, family conflicts, addiction issues, and risk of suicide.

• Developing and documenting personalized treatment plans based on client assessments, historical data, and therapeutic goals.

• Building therapeutic alliances with clients and their family members, facilitating open communication regarding behavioral changes and treatment responses.

• Providing crisis intervention strategies and techniques to support clients during acute emotional distress.
\n
• Offering both telehealth consultations and, when appropriate, face-to-face services as needed for comprehensive care.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential records regarding client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Your work will involve collaborating with a diverse range of clients, including those living with mental health disorders, intellectual disabilities, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
