Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video chat sessions with clients, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to their individual needs.

• Act as a client advocate, working collaboratively to define and establish personalized treatment goals.

• Thoroughly assess clients’ mental health conditions, creating targeted treatment plans rooted in clinical expertise and a solution-focused approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving adults who present with stable and low-acuity mental health issues. By providing assessments and treatment, our therapists support clients in developing the skills necessary for improvement in their daily lives. Your compassionate approach will help clients navigate a range of challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Demonstrated strong computer literacy skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on experience and hours worked.
