Work Environment\n

As a part of our telehealth facility, you will have the flexibility to work from home, while contributing to a collaborative and innovative team. Our remote work setting allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while still being an integral part of a dynamic mental health care team. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering consistent hours for your professional commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based mindfulness interventions, such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients looking for stress relief and emotional balance.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to understand their mental health challenges, personal goals, and unique stressors.

• Guide clients in the practice of mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques that foster self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and strategies for building personal resilience.

• Integrate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions, customizing your approach to fit each client’s specific mental health needs.

• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care that incorporates mindfulness as a key component.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, mindfulness practices used, and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.

You will primarily work with individuals seeking mental health support for a variety of challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
