Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans that target specific goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions using various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and peer support networks addressing mental health topics, fostering a sense of community and shared learning among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services and emotional support during mental health emergencies and facilitate immediate resources for patient safety.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and help them explore various treatment options, ensuring they feel empowered in their recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation consistent with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and quality assurance in patient care.

• Actively participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance individual and team capabilities.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to ensure best practices are implemented in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population at our detox center, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. Our clients may be struggling with acute crises, chronic mental health conditions, or seeking support through transitional phases of recovery. Your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate their emotional struggles and find a path towards healing.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and a demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and devising effective, individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to provide both individual and group therapy services to individuals from varied backgrounds.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster a supportive therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain ethical standards in all aspects of practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in delivering mental health services in an outpatient, community, or clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
