Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' history, needs, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored specifically to trauma recovery and resilience-building.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to deliver optimal patient care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process traumatic experiences and equip them with coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to provide an integrated approach to mental health care.

• Offer crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring that clients feel secure and supported in times of need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC with Conscious Therapy & Psychiatric Center, you will primarily support individuals facing significant trauma and emotional distress. Our patient population consists of diverse backgrounds, presenting a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and complex trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
