Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, employing standardized screening tools.

• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate the client's preferences, strengths, and identified goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate meaningful client progress.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment methods, coping strategies, and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback, ensuring optimal care and outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by working with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic approaches and client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the integrity of client data.

Qualifications\n
