Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse and mental health histories, and identify their specific treatment needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address addiction and any underlying mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) to encourage self-discovery and healing.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to create a cohesive care approach that integrates medical, psychological, and supportive resources for our clients.

• Maintain accurate and secure client records while adhering to ethical and legal standards of confidentiality and documentation.

You will primarily work with adults struggling with substance abuse disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, based on experience and credentials.
