Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to clients through individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet varying needs.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, establish clear diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans in alignment with each client's goals.

• Document ongoing treatment progress, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan evaluations, and case notes, in accordance with company policies to ensure continuity of care.

• Provide mental health screenings to identify potential treatment needs, facilitating timely interventions.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of mental health professionals to enhance community resources and further our mission.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Harmonious Companions Counseling, we serve a diverse clientele, addressing an array of mental health needs across various demographics. Our patients include children, adolescents, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Therapists will have the opportunity to engage with clients who may also experience co-occurring disorders or require substance abuse treatment. Your role will be to empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• Active and current licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Professional Counseling (LPC), or Social Work (LCSW).

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with patients.

• Dedication to professional development and staying current with best practices in mental health care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical practice, working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including co-occurring disorders.

• Previous experience with group therapy, family counseling, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.

• A solid understanding of current mental health practices and trends.
