Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, diagnose conditions accurately, and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individualized, group, and family therapy sessions using recognized evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), focusing on each client's unique goals and situations.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health issues, employing de-escalation techniques and supportive counseling methods.

• Document and maintain precise and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with interdisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
