Work Environment

Your typical work schedule will range from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with some flexibility required for occasional evening clinics until 8:00 p.m. You may also participate in community outreach events or health fairs, enhancing your connection with the local population.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings to identify individual and community health needs.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, applying evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement community health education programs in collaboration with local organizations.
• Provide culturally sensitive care while advocating for patients' rights and accessibility to necessary healthcare services.
• Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up care to ensure continuity of services.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records that comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner certification with a current state nursing license.

Compensation and Benefits
