Work Environment

The role is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Fort Myers, Florida. This full-time position typically encompasses 40 hours per week, with variable hours including weekends as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, evaluating functional limitations and disabilities to tailor effective treatment plans.
• Engage in ongoing consultations with healthcare providers to ensure a continuous, integrated care approach for all patients.
• Deliver exceptional patient interaction by adhering to our customer service standards, effectively communicating with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
• Develop, implement, and continually reassess individualized treatment protocols based on patient progress and healthcare guidelines.
• Document all treatment sessions accurately, tracking patient progress and submitting charges for services rendered in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and support staff, to coordinate overall patient care and treatment strategies.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and the development of marketing strategies to promote the services and mission of our facility.
• Engage in staff meetings, demonstrating a commitment to continuous education through in-services and professional development programs.
• Supervise assigned support staff, ensuring efficient resource management and quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal licensing regulations ensuring good standing with the relevant licensure and regulatory boards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time physical therapist position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000.
