Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patient conditions to establish individualized treatment plans based on medical referrals.
• Implement and monitor rehabilitation programs which may include exercise, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and contribute actively to the clinic's overall operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement evidence-based care that maximizes patient outcomes.
• Guide patients through rehabilitative exercises in the clinic, ensuring they understand each component of their treatment plan.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers on techniques and strategies to facilitate improvement in daily activities.
• Meet predefined utilization goals and aligned business objectives to support clinic performance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing chronic pain syndromes, rehabilitating after sports injuries, and addressing pediatric or neurologic conditions. Your expertise will directly impact patients' abilities to regain function and independence, making your role significant in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active State License as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including wording processing, for documentation and patient management.
• A genuine commitment to establishing strong relationships with patients to help them reach their functional goals.
• Ability to positively connect with people and foster collaborative relationships in the community.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in specialty areas such as pediatrics, sports medicine, and neurological rehabilitation is preferred. Familiarity with contemporary treatment methodologies and technologies will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
