Salesforce Project Manager - Healthcare & Life Sciences

We’re working with a growing Salesforce consulting partner seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead multiple client engagements. The team works primarily with healthcare and life sciences organizations, where understanding the business problem matters as much as keeping the project on track.

This is a client-facing delivery role for someone who creates structure, earns trust, and moves work forward.

What you’ll do

\n
• Manage multiple Salesforce implementations and client projects at once.
\n
• Establish clear priorities, owners, milestones, risks, and next steps.
\n
• Lead client communication and address delivery issues before they become surprises.
\n
• Work closely with Solution Architects and delivery teams to connect technical work to client goals.
\n
• Manage scope and expectations as requirements change.
\n
• Keep project work and commitments current in Jira and Salesforce.
\n
• Use AI tools and automation to improve coordination, documentation, and delivery workflows.
\n

What you bring

\n

\n
• Experience managing client-facing Salesforce projects at a Salesforce consulting partner or implementation firm. Internal-only Salesforce project experience does not meet this requirement.
\n
• A track record of owning several client projects concurrently, including timelines, risks, communication, and delivery outcomes.
\n
• Experience with healthcare or life sciences clients, such as providers, payers, medical technology, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
\n
• Enough Salesforce knowledge to work effectively with architects and consultants and spot delivery dependencies.
\n
• Strong client judgment and communication, especially when scope, priorities, or timelines need to change.
\n
• A practical approach to project management: you create the structure needed to deliver without adding unnecessary process.
\n
• Demonstrated use of AI tools or workflow automation to improve your work.
\n

Experience with Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or healthcare system integrations is a plus. Certifications are welcome, but hands-on delivery experience matters more.

You’ll join a lean team with strong technical talent and work closely with leadership. You’ll have responsibility for active client projects and an opportunity to improve delivery cadence across the team. Success here means joining the call, resolving the blocker, and making sure everyone knows what happens next.

Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 OTE, plus bonus

\n

Billable target: Approximately 136 hours per month

\n

Time zones: Eastern or Central strongly preferred

\n

Work authorization: Must be authorized to work without employer visa sponsorship now or in the future. No third-party candidates.
