Our normal business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring structured and manageable work schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring an accurate understanding of their mental health status.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), during sessions to effectively address mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, PsyD, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrable expertise in therapeutic modalities specific to mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Solid understanding of psychopharmacology, enabling effective collaboration with psychiatrists and medical professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
