The role is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work setting that supports a healthy work-life balance. While the position primarily operates during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's history and tailor appropriate treatment strategies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery while building resilience among patients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, strategically helping patients process their trauma and develop essential coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for our patients.

• Offer crisis intervention and emergency support for patients experiencing trauma-related challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with survivors of trauma, including those suffering from PTSD and complex trauma-related disorders. Your role will be critical in providing them with therapeutic support necessary for rebuilding their lives. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, and you will be instrumental in creating a personalized therapeutic journey that respects their unique experiences and promotes healing.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders and effective, trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, exhibiting a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

• The ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-stress situations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related software applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in delivering trauma-informed care is preferred. Experience with evidence-based trauma-focused therapies is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Touchstone Therapy Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
