In this full-time role, you will assess, diagnose, plan, and implement medical care for patients in collaboration with physicians. Work Environment

This is an onsite position within our hospital, where you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals committed to patient health and well-being. Your workweek will consist of Monday through Friday with an established 40-hour schedule, typically starting at 5:00 PM. You will be immersed in an environment that emphasizes flexibility, teamwork, and an unwavering commitment to quality patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and meticulously review patients' medical records to derive informed diagnostic conclusions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood tests and imaging studies like X-rays to assist in the evaluation of patients' health issues.
• Diagnose and manage a range of health conditions and illnesses, particularly within the realm of family medicine.
• Formulate personalized treatment plans addressing both chronic and infectious diseases, adjusting as necessary based on patient progress.
• Prescribe medications and monitor patients for therapeutic responses, ensuring safe and effective usage.
• Maintain highly organized and accurate patient records and schedules, streamlining healthcare delivery and communication.
• Provide education to patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, preventive measures, and wellness strategies.
• Oversee and manage patients' overall health, coordinating necessary follow-up and interventions as indicated.
• Advocate for healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care initiatives within the patient population.
• Stay current with advancements in primary care through ongoing research, professional development, and continuing education.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field.
• Current certification as a Physician Assistant from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Active state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant, preferably in a family health clinic or comparable setting.
• Specialization or demonstrated expertise in family medicine.
• Robust clinical experience in primary care, indicating extensive hands-on proficiency.
• Strong knowledge base regarding health regulations and patient care standards.
• Exceptional communication skills that promote effective interaction with patients and families.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for the Physician Assistant position at CareSync Healthcare Solutions ranges from USD 140,000 to 160,000 annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
