Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions with adult clients utilizing evidence-based approaches, primarily focused on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive management of each patient's treatment plan.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and progress tracking measures to monitor clients' improvement and make necessary adjustments to therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our secure therapist portal, ensuring compliance with health regulations and enhancing treatment outcomes.

• Engage in case consultation and receive structured support from the Therapy Leadership Team to foster your professional development and ensure the highest level of care for our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult patients experiencing a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders. Your approach will be rooted in an understanding of varied backgrounds and experiences, ensuring that your therapeutic strategies are culturally sensitive and tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.

• A genuine commitment to patient care and mental health advocacy, characterized by empathy and cultural sensitivity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
