Work Environment\n

This position operates in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in work location while maintaining regular interaction with clients and the team. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend shifts required on a rotation basis. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the client's experiences, focusing on the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate closely with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs and aspirations.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), addressing mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment modalities, and effective self-care strategies to promote mental wellness.

• Continuously monitor and assess client progress throughout treatment, adapting the therapeutic approach as needed.

• Work in tandem with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as case consultations and training sessions, to stay updated with the latest practices in the mental health field.

• Maintain clear and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to comply with ethical and legal standards.

• Act as an advocate for clients, promoting awareness and de-stigmatization of mood disorders within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds facing unique challenges, allowing for the development of tailored treatment approaches that are culturally sensitive and effective.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience, with a strong focus on mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
