Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on patients experiencing various mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. You will cater to a diverse group of clients, offering compassionate, culturally-sensitive care that recognizes each individual's unique experiences and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, preferably with a focus on mood disorders.

• Proficiency in using therapeutic modalities such as CBT and DBT, with a solid understanding of psychopharmacology.

• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
