Staff Psychologist for the DBT Center

We are looking for a psychologist who is deeply committed to providing gold-standard comprehensive dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) for individuals struggling with self-harm, suicidality, and other problems related to emotion dysregulation. We want a clinician who lives and breathes DBT, loves working with DBT clients, and is excited about sitting on a consultation team with like-minded providers. Job Description Provide a minimum of 20 clinical contact hours per week with adolescents, caregivers, and adults across our Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Programs. You will participate in weekly team consultation meetings, collaborate with psychologists and other specialists across our clinical teams, and complete documentation in our EHR system. Our administrative team handles all intake, waitlist management, billing, insurance communication, and scheduling. Key Responsabilities Treatments include: Comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), including individual therapy, skills group, and between-session phone coaching Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Behavioral Parent Training PE, CPT, ERP, and other evidence-based care for co-occurring conditions Qualifications PsyD or PhD credential Licensed in Washington State, or able to begin the licensure process immediately Expertise in comprehensive DBT , the single most important qualification Genuine passion for clinical work with adolescents, caregivers, and adults Identifies as a behavioral therapist, grounded in evidence-based approaches Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for co-occurring conditions (e.g., trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety) Thrives in a collaborative team environment, actively seeks and provides consultation Excited to build networking connections within the DBT and broader clinical communities Committed to providing inclusive, culturally sensitive care to all clients and colleagues Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K retirement program with 4% match Life, long-term, and short-term disability insurance 12 weeks parental leave Malpractice insurance (employee pays small portion) Stipend for external continuing education Free in-house APA-approved CE covering licensure requirements Unlimited-use public transportation ORCA card Paid onboarding period Four or more weeks paid time off Clinical coverage for time away Option to provide services via telehealth when clinically indicated Option to join our research team Option to pursue leadership or focus exclusively on clinical work Opportunities to supervise, teach, and mentor others 24/7 consultation available for time-sensitive clinical situations Salary Range GUARANTEED SALARY: $117,500 or more — for approximately 20 clinical hours per week for early-career psychologists, with higher compensation based on licensure, training, and experience. GENEROUS BONUS PROGRAM: ~$130,000 — for 22 clinical hours per week. Average pay or time off can increase through our bonus program substantially with any additional clinical hours worked.
