Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health evaluations to assess individuals’ trauma histories and formulate relevant treatment plans.

• Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma experiences and build effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive, integrated treatment plan for each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred.
