Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining effective communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to uncover each patient's unique trauma history and formulate appropriate, individualized treatment strategies.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address trauma recovery, resilience-building, and emotional well-being based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize established therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), delivering both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Engage in collaborative care meetings with psychiatrists and other professionals to discuss treatment plans and integrate care efforts for optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely and compassionate care.

• Educate clients and their families regarding trauma responses and coping strategies, empowering them with resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans to meet legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

• Proven experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.
