Key Responsibilities\n

Your main tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients’ trauma histories and determine effective treatment plans.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and promote resilience, tailoring interventions to each patient’s unique needs.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), ensuring best practices are followed.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, leveraging techniques that help patients process their trauma, learn coping mechanisms, and work towards emotional healing.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive, integrated care for patients.

• Preparing for and responding to crisis situations, offering immediate support and intervention during trauma-related emergencies.
