Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population affected by various forms of trauma. Our clientele may include individuals dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Understanding the unique needs of these individuals is essential as you work to build trust and facilitate healing through evidenced-based interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT within the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in the mental health field.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Constructive interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and commitment.
