Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to tailor individualized treatment plans that address specific rehabilitation goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, exercise prescriptions, and functional training.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback, ensuring dynamic responses to changing needs.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver cohesive, interdisciplinary care that enhances overall patient recovery.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation that adheres to healthcare regulations and facilitates communication among team members.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery processes, self-care techniques, and equipment use to support continued progress beyond therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse outpatient population comprising individuals recovering from surgical procedures, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will not only aid in physical recovery but also empower patients to regain independence and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Possession of an active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Florida.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy principles and methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working in outpatient settings, with a proven track record of treating a variety of conditions effectively.
• Prior involvement with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is advantageous to maintain compliance and streamline patient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
