Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake evaluations for new clients to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate counseling sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, customizing approaches based on evidence-based practices.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, including progress notes and treatment updates, consistent with department policies.

• Actively contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on integrated care, participating in case reviews and strategy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing emotional or behavioral disturbances, utilizing de-escalation techniques and support services.

• Engage in regular consultations with families to coordinate care, discussing treatment goals and discharge plans to optimize client progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, preferably with a diverse client base.

• Proficient in digital tools, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems, word processing, email, and spreadsheets.

• Strong organizational skills, with an ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While the required qualifications ensure a high standard of care, preference will be given to candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or systems therapy, as well as those fluent in multiple languages to better serve our diverse clientele.
