Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in multidisciplinary team assessments, evaluating the developmental status of clients and identifying targeted strategies for support.

• Deliver directly tailored child development services that cater to the developmental milestones specific to children aged 0-3, conducting activities that foster growth in key areas.

• Collaborate with families to formulate and regularly update Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs), setting goals and strategies that align with each child’s unique developmental trajectory.
\n
• Document child and family progress through detailed progress notes, reports, and assessments, ensuring a clear tracking of developmental benchmarks and ongoing needs.
\n
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings, addressing a wide range of developmental concerns, including cognitive, social-emotional, self-care, and language skills.
\n
• Act as a service coordinator for families, managing all aspects of the intervention plan, tracking timelines, and ensuring adherence to all required procedures.
\n
• Provide support, guidance, and advocacy to families, helping to enhance their ability to engage actively in their child’s development.

• Promote positive parent-child interactions by facilitating sessions that encourage developmental growth and empower families to be advocates for their children.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $68,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. In addition to monetary compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
