Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing our secure telehealth platform, ensuring a safe and private experience for all clients. \n Provide culturally competent, ethical, and evidence-based therapeutic care tailored to the unique needs of each client. \n Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies. \n Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to share insights and strategies while enhancing client outcomes. \n Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, engage in supervision, and support continuous professional development. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our diverse clientele includes individuals and families navigating a range of challenges, such as relationship conflicts, mental health issues, and life transitions. As an LMFT at Bayridge Counselling, you will engage with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that your approach honors their cultural and personal histories. Your expertise will help guide them toward healthier coping mechanisms and improved relational dynamics. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or a related field. \n Must possess a valid LMFT license in the state of California. \n A minimum of two years’ experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families. \n Demonstrated proficiency with basic technology and software relevant to remote therapy and client management. \n Ability to work independently with self-motivation, quickly building rapport with clients through strong communication skills. \n A commitment to maintaining a minimum caseload of 10 clients and conducting 15 therapy appointments monthly. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Previous experience in a telehealth setting is highly valued. \n Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy is a plus. \n Ability to provide treatment that accounts for the social determinants impacting clients’ mental health. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, with opportunities for unlimited earnings through performance-based incentives.
