Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and maintain detailed clinical documentation, including discharge summaries, treatment plans, and session notes, ensuring submission within 48 hours of service delivery.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to develop personalized, client-centered treatment plans that address identified needs and objectives.
\n
• Provide therapeutic support to clients through individual, family, or group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Actively engage with referral sources to discuss client progress, needs, and any necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
\n
• Deliver emergency support to clients outside of regular hours in line with the on-call schedule to ensure constant availability of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will consist of a mix of adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will leverage your expertise and understanding of community resources to collaborate effectively with other providers, maximizing the support available for our clients. Building genuine relationships is central to our approach, and your role will directly impact client engagement and overall therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.

• No history of medical malpractice claims as verified by a third-party background check.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
