Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily onsite at a school facility in Buffalo, providing a unique opportunity to engage with children, families, and educational staff. Your work schedule will typically range from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with occasional evening clinics extending until 8:00 p.m. Participation in community outreach events or health fairs during weekends may also be required, enabling you to connect with a broader community and address urgent health concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals and families.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, emphasizing preventive care and health promotion strategies.
• Develop and implement health education programs in collaboration with community organizations to empower residents in making informed health choices.
• Provide culturally sensitive care while advocating for patients’ rights and ensuring equitable access to healthcare services.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care to establish a seamless continuity of healthcare for all patients.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner with an active state nursing license.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $220,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
