Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and physical examinations for patients of all ages, from infants to older adults.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests and imaging, to establish accurate diagnoses and guide treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse care team to develop and implement individualized, patient-centered care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments, ensuring compliance with best practice guidelines.
• Provide comprehensive health education and counseling to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their health management.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and coordinate care effectively.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems seamlessly.

Compensation and Benefits
