Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the psychological needs of clients, using structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and tailored to the unique strengths and challenges of each client.

• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, addressing specific mental health issues and behavioral concerns.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and our organizational standards for confidentiality.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and share insights regarding client progress.

Qualifications\n
