Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' conditions through comprehensive assessments and develop customized treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a spectrum of musculoskeletal and neurological disorders.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing advanced techniques and modalities.
• Enlist the support of assistive technologies to improve patient mobility and independence.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols and facilitate understanding of therapeutic exercises to encourage participation in their own recovery.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to optimize clinical outcomes and enhance patient care processes.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction to contribute to clinic growth and success.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to refine clinical skills and stay abreast of industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily treat a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and pediatric disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Current state license to practice physical therapy in California.

• Proficient in word processing and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in clinical settings focusing on orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine therapy.
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation facility or outpatient clinic is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities and assistive devices.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
