Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of each client's mental health status through one-on-one virtual meetings.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans that align with clients’ specific challenges and goals.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare providers when necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with diverse populations, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Understanding diverse cultural backgrounds and their impact on mental health is crucial, as you will adopt culturally responsive and inclusive approaches to ensure effective therapy for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health conditions, therapeutic modalities, and evidence-based approaches.

• Demonstrated expertise in conducting both individual and group therapy with a focus on cultural competence and inclusiveness.

• Effective crisis intervention skills, with the ability to respond calmly in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust with clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
