This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work from the comfort of your own environment while remaining connected to a supportive team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that are tailored to meet diverse client needs and treatment goals.

• Regularly track and evaluate client progress towards treatment goals, adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed to improve outcomes.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and medical staff, to create comprehensive intervention strategies for clients, particularly those who may require hospitalization.

• Provide guidance and support to caregivers working with clients who are experiencing behavioral challenges, equipping them with strategies to foster positive mental health at home.

• Document all client interactions and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
