Work Environment

This full-time position is based at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, where you will work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting. Our facility is equipped with the latest technology and resources to ensure you have everything you need to provide exceptional care. You will enjoy a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical evaluations and assessments to identify patients' strengths and limitations.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with patients' recovery goals, promoting healing and functional independence.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and educational sessions to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor patient progress regularly and modify treatment protocols as necessary based on individual responses.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients include individuals with a range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, from post-surgical patients to those managing chronic pain. Your role will be crucial in helping each patient achieve their specific rehabilitation objectives and return to their daily activities with confidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy License in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience specializing in outpatient orthopedic care.
• Ability to effectively utilize EMR systems, with specific experience in WebPT being a plus.

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and possess a thorough understanding of physical therapy principles and practices. Experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting is favored, as it will enhance your ability to handle a patient volume of approximately two patients per hour effectively.

Perfect Balance Physical Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
