Key Responsibilities\n

• You will facilitate group therapy sessions, promoting connection and peer support among clients as they share their experiences and learn constructive coping strategies.

• Your role includes conducting individual therapy sessions, allowing you to provide tailored, empathetic counseling to clients as they explore their mental health obstacles.

• Collaborating with clients to create individualized treatment plans is essential. You will incorporate clients’ specific needs and preferences, working towards actionable goals.

• You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating client progress through various assessment tools, ensuring timely adjustments are made to treatment plans as necessary.

• Regular communication and coordination with other members of the multidisciplinary team will be vital, particularly for complex cases to ensure optimal care paths are implemented.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve young adults aged 18 to 30 who are participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This population often struggles with a diversity of mental health issues, and as an LCPC, you will be instrumental in guiding them toward healing and recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, reflecting our commitment to attract top talent.
