Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinic, you will work in a collaborative and patient-centered environment. Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a supportive schedule that encourages work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy care tailored to each patient's unique goals, needs, and physical condition.
• Manage a reasonable caseload to ensure every patient receives ample time and attention throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Employ your orthopedic expertise to assess and treat a diverse range of conditions, facilitating patient recovery and improvement.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop, implement, and modify comprehensive care plans for optimal patient outcomes.
• Focus on non-surgical treatment approaches to enhance mobility while minimizing the use of medications, promoting a holistic view of health.
• Create customized fitness and wellness programs that improve patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Document all interventions and patient progress using EMR systems, particularly Web PT, ensuring meticulous records for quality care tracking.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their recovery process, providing consistent support and guidance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients requiring orthopedic rehabilitation, which may include individuals recovering from surgical procedures, injuries, or chronic pain issues. The diversity among our patients requires you to be adept and flexible in dealing with various physical limitations and conditions, from sports injuries to arthritic conditions, ensuring personalized care that promotes healing and independence.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, free from any sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proven mastery of multiple manual therapy techniques to address a variety of patient needs effectively.
• Exceptional skill in designing and executing successful therapeutic exercise programs tailored to individual patient goals.
• Proficiency in utilizing EMR software, especially Web PT, for accurate documentation and patient management.
• Current knowledge of physical therapy methods and interventions supported by the latest research findings.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the latest advancements in rehabilitation techniques and modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
