Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, tailoring your approach based on the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in continuous communication with interdisciplinary teams to discuss patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress updates, participating in scheduled meetings such as patient rounds.

• Fulfill documentation and reporting requirements in a timely and ethical manner in line with departmental standards and practices.

• Employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinically validated treatment modalities to aid patients in achieving their individualized service plans.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Radiant Mental Health Associates, you will work primarily with adolescents and their families in a school setting. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
