Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing trusting relationships, practicing professional ethics, and encouraging client engagement in their treatment.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine discharge readiness when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation for each client, including progress notes, session summaries, and treatment plans.
\n
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate client needs, mental health status, and treatment requirements.
\n
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, focusing on therapeutic techniques that best support client goals.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
\n
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to create a comprehensive support system for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including children, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is essential.

• A current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is required.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is necessary to ensure effective client care.

• Proficient computer skills, including comfort with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and client management software such as PIMSY, are required to maintain documentation and communication.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Competence in conducting intake assessments effectively to gather relevant client information.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, ensuring competitive compensation aligned with your experience and contributions to the organization. Our fee-for-service model includes guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, eliminating wait times for reimbursement.
